Introducing myself as I just am becoming a member, glad to be here! I'm Jessica and I am inspired by my near death experience, I enjoy running and getting balanced

I've been concerned without much expertise in the internet and have located this place to be considerably much better information, so it tends to make sense to finally post!

BTW where is the option to change the little picture thingy like some people have, I like it but can't figure it out haha I always am by my phone but not by my computer, even a dietician requires so much to keep up to date!
